Organically grown Spaghetti Squash Heirloom Winter Squash Seeds

These seeds are produce squash also known as "Vegetable Spaghetti." Quick growing, delicious, tender flesh in oblong yellow fruits! The cooked flesh separates into spaghetti-like strands with a mild flavor. Vining plants produce 12', oblong fruits, best harvested at about 8 to 10 inches long, the fruit contains masses of tasty strings that can be served like spaghetti for a nutritious, low-calorie treat, that store well for fall and winter. Easily grown in pots!

Enjoy steamed, boiled and baked. My favorite is 10-15 minutes, on top of tomato sauce in the Instapot! So easy.
